Frosted vinyl on the glass partitions of a construction company office, plus the brand mark and business card. The partitions gained privacy while the brand went into the surface itself.

AĞMİL İNŞAAT is a construction brand working in Kemalpasa, Izmir. İZVELA applied frosted film to the office glass, drew the logo and produced the business card.
The entrance door and the glass partitions were covered with frosted vinyl, and the logo was placed on the same surface as cut colour. The logo and the business card were produced for the same brand, so everything from the facade to the printed piece came from one place.
The film does not cover the whole pane. A clear band was left above eye level so the partition does not turn into a solid wall and the office keeps its light. The lower section is fully frosted, so a seated person is not visible from outside.
The logo was cut from coloured vinyl and set into the frosted surface rather than on top of it. Because the frosted ground scatters light, the navy and cream read as a matt surface on glass instead of catching a glare.
Cutting and application happened in the same space. The film was laid out on a table, the letters were cut and then transferred to the glass. One of the photographs shows that intermediate stage.
Frosted film was applied to the glass of the office partitions. Frosted film lets light through but not the view, so the room stays bright while someone looking in from the street or the corridor cannot see inside. This is the solution asked for most often on office glass.
The brand mark was cut into the film in colour rather than stuck on as a separate label, which means the surface itself carries the brand.
The logo was drawn to work on the glass surface and on the card at the same time. Fine detail disappears in a glass application, so the first requirement was a mark that stays readable at small sizes.
The cards were printed in a run of 1000. The size is 85 × 55 mm, the stock is 700 gsm laminated board with a matte finish. The brand mark was applied with embossing and spot varnish.
The measurement is taken on site, the cutting is done in the workshop and the application is finished in a single day. Two glass surfaces were covered on this project. The sizes are 1,80 × 2,20 metres and 1,80 × 1 metre.

Yes, as long as it is drawn properly. For AĞMİL the mark was drawn first and then tested both in the glass application and in print. Because it runs from a single file, the proportions stay the same on both surfaces.
