Project detail

The need

H YAŞAR İNŞAAT builds apartment blocks with commercial ground floors in Kemalpasa, Izmir. They sell flats both off plan and finished, and every flat comes with smart home equipment as standard. What they asked of us was a site that someone looking for a flat could read comfortably on a phone, that explained how the firm works and that could be found in Kemalpasa searches.

The approach

We built the site as a decision page rather than a showcase. A person looking for a flat wants to see where the building stands, what surrounds it and which stage it has reached. So the location of the projects and their surroundings became a section of their own, every project sits on its own page with its stage, and two projects carry a rotating three dimensional massing model. The smart home equipment became one of the main motifs, because none of the local firms we looked at talked about it.

How we built it

The site was written from scratch, not assembled on a ready made theme. The opening video is the firm’s own footage from inside a finished flat. Turkish and English live at the same address and the visitor switches language with a single button. The contracting guide page answers the questions of a flat buyer and of a landowner separately. The personal data notice was written around the firm’s real contact channels.

The result

The site is live on its own domain. It scored full marks for accessibility and quality in independent audit tools, and the security headers were measured live. Search engine registration is done and the sitemap has been submitted. Finished and ongoing projects are followed from one filtered page, and the structure grows without change when a new project is added.

How the website was built

The site was written from scratch and opens on the firm’s own footage from inside a finished flat. Someone looking for a flat mostly arrives on a phone, so the mobile layout was built separately and every section was measured on a phone again.

The projects page shows finished and ongoing work in one list and the visitor filters by stage. Every project has its own page, and two projects carry a three dimensional massing model that rotates on screen.

The location section and the smart home chapter

Location was what made the decision for this firm. Where the projects stand in the centre of Kemalpasa and how close they are to the hospital and the shops was told in a section of its own, with a drawing. A plan drawn for the site was used instead of a ready made map image.

The smart home equipment that comes as standard in every flat became the signature section. Air conditioning, lighting, curtains and the boiler are run from one app, and the building entrance opens from the phone. These were described by what they do, without naming a brand.

SEO and GEO setup

The page structure answers searches for a contractor or construction company in Kemalpasa. The contracting guide page answers the questions of a flat buyer and of a landowner separately and explains the land share model. Business details were marked up in a form search engines can read, and the different spellings of the firm’s name were tied to the same business.

Search engine registration is done and the sitemap has been submitted. The content sits in the page source in both languages, which means AI tools can read it as well.

Frequently asked questions about this work

Which pages does a contractor in Kemalpasa need on its website?

A page for each project, a section showing where the projects stand, an about page that explains how the firm works, and contact. For H YAŞAR İNŞAAT a contracting guide was added, because a flat buyer wants to understand the process before choosing the firm.

Does a construction company website need a three dimensional model?

Not necessarily. On a project that is not finished there are no photographs yet, so a massing model shows how the building will stand. On a finished project a real photograph is stronger. H YAŞAR İNŞAAT uses the model on two projects only.

How does a construction company site built in Kemalpasa get found on Google?

The service and the district must appear in the page titles, the business details must be marked up in the page source and the site must be registered with the search engine. All of that is done. Rankings take time to settle, and the Google Business Profile and reviews shape that time directly.
