1. Data Controller
This notice is issued by Erdem Görücü (İZVELA) as data controller under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). You can reach us on +90 551 176 64 32 (phone and WhatsApp) · info@izvela.com.tr · Kemalpasa / Izmir.
2. Data We Process
The site has no contact form, so it never asks you a question or requests information from you. Our channels are phone, WhatsApp and email. Whichever you use, the only data processed is what you choose to write, meaning your name, phone number, email address and message. Beyond that, only technically necessary access logs (transaction-security data such as IP address, date-time and requested page) may be generated automatically on the hosting infrastructure the site is published on. The site does not use cookie-based tracking or visitor-profiling analytics.
This data is shared entirely on your own initiative. The site does not covertly collect data in the background. Please do not share special-category data such as health, ID or financial information, or any unnecessary personal data, through these channels.
3. Purposes, Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you. The collection method works as follows. Your data is collected by non-automated means during phone calls, and by partly or fully automated means in WhatsApp correspondence, in email you send us, and in the hosting infrastructure's access logs. The legal basis is KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms) and, once you submit a request, Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion/performance of a contract). For technical access logs, the legal basis is likewise Art. 5/2-(f) (network and information security).
4. Transfers, Processors and Communication Channels
Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing. The following parties are involved for the service to work technically:
- Hosting provider, acting as a data processor, is the server infrastructure the site is published on. Technical access logs required for the site to operate may be generated there.
- Email (business mailbox) provider acts as a data processor. Messages you send to info@izvela.com.tr are stored on that provider's servers. Only we read the content. The provider operates the infrastructure.
- WhatsApp (Meta) is not a processor acting on our behalf, but an independent data controller and communication channel subject to its own privacy terms. When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation runs on Meta's infrastructure.
These services may host servers outside Türkiye. Limited technical data (access logs) and your WhatsApp correspondence may therefore be processed abroad. Cross-border transfers of personal data are subject to the current KVKK Art. 9 regime in force since 1 June 2024 (adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards and incidental circumstances). If, in light of this notice, you choose to use WhatsApp, your correspondence takes place on Meta's infrastructure as communication initiated by you. If you prefer to avoid infrastructure abroad, you can reach us by phone only. Access logs are security data kept to a minimum, for a short period, and are not aimed at identifying you.
5. Retention
Your contact data is kept until your request is concluded. If the work goes ahead, it is retained for the periods required by commercial and statutory record-keeping obligations (under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law), and is deleted or anonymised once those periods end. Technical access logs on the hosting infrastructure are subject to the provider's standard, short-term log retention.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether the data is used in line with it, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request erasure within the law’s conditions, request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to, object to a result arising against you from analysis made exclusively by automated systems, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Under the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit requests as a signed written petition (in person, via notary, or by registered mail with return receipt). The Communique also accepts registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, and an email address you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our system. To use that last route, send your request to info@izvela.com.tr. If your address is not on file with us we will still review your request, but the identity verification required by the Communique may mean you need to use one of the written routes above. You can request the notification address by phone on +90 551 176 64 32. Your application must include your full name, signature, Turkish ID number (for foreigners, nationality and passport or ID number), a notification address and the subject of your request. Written requests sent via WhatsApp are also assessed provided your identity can be verified. The phone line is a channel for questions, not for formal applications. Your application is concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge as a rule. Cost exceptions set out in the Communique are reserved. If your application is rejected or you find the response insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the response and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
7. Cookies
The site uses no cookies at all, so no cookie consent banner is shown. Only two technical preferences are stored in your browser's own memory (localStorage/sessionStorage). These are your theme preference (light/dark) and the last project card you viewed while browsing. These records never leave your device, are not sent to any server, do not identify you and are not used for tracking. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data. If a cookie-using tool is added later, this notice will be updated with the required consent mechanism.
8. Effective Date and Updates
This notice was last updated on 13 August 2026. The latest change adds our business email address as a communication and application channel. It is reviewed in line with legislative changes (including the 2024 amendments made by Law No. 7499) and changes in how the site operates. The current version is always published on this page. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this notice prevails.
