Google Business Management
A business profile that shows up correctly on the map, in search, and in reviews.
·
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is a free but critical tool that gets a business showing up in local searches like "[service] in Kemalpasa" and on Google Maps. Set up incorrectly, or left unmaintained, a business either disappears from search entirely or shows up with missing or wrong information, which translates directly into lost customers.
Beyond getting the initial setup right (category, hours, location, photos, service list), İZVELA keeps the profile active through regular posts and review management. The website and the Google Business Profile are matched so business information (name, address, phone) stays perfectly consistent across both, because that consistency directly affects how much Google trusts the business.
We apply this service to ourselves too. İZVELA's own Google Business Profile is built on the same principles. We try every step we recommend on our own business first.

Google Business Management questions we are asked
Why does Google Business Profile matter?
When someone runs a local search like "[service] in Kemalpasa," the map and business cards usually appear at the very top of Google's results, ahead of website rankings. Businesses without a profile, or with an incomplete one, simply do not show up in that space, which means lost potential customers. The profile itself is free, but it needs correct setup and regular upkeep.
I have a Google Business Profile but I barely show up. Why?
The most common causes are a missing or wrong category, outdated hours, too few or inconsistent photos, and business information that does not match the website. Google trusts, and ranks higher. Profiles that are kept current and consistent. Reviewing an existing profile and fixing the gaps is a quicker process than building one from scratch.
Can a home-office business open a Google Business Profile?
Yes, Google offers a specific option for this. A profile can be created without showing a physical address on the map, listing only the service area instead (for example, Kemalpasa and its surroundings). This is a standard, appropriate setup for businesses that work from a home office or serve customers on-site.
Should we manage reviews ourselves, or do you respond to them?
Either works, depending on what you prefer. We can draft responses for your approval, or set up the review strategy and leave the day-to-day replies to you. What matters is that every review gets a professional response within a reasonable time.
How do I add my business to Google Maps?
A listing is opened through the Google Business Profile, then Google verifies that the address is real. Verification is usually done by postcard, phone or video, and that step cannot be skipped. We open the listing and bring it to the point of verification, and because the code has to reach the business itself we complete the final step together with you.
How can we increase our Google reviews?
Paying for reviews is prohibited and can end in the profile being suspended. The route that works is this. Send the customer a direct review link when the job is done, keep that link easy to reach, and reply to every review that arrives. The content of a review counts as much as the number, because the service name a customer writes produces a match in search.
What happens if the profile is suspended?
A suspended profile disappears from the map entirely, and it is one of the most damaging situations a business can face. The most common causes are these. An address that is not real, several profiles at the same address in the same category, keyword stuffing in the business name, and fake reviews. Writing a service into the business name field is a widespread mistake. The name should be whatever the name is, with no district or service added beside it. There is an appeal process for suspension and documents are requested. The best route is never to end up there, so we apply the rules from the setup onward.
Our profile appears to be managed by someone else. What can we do?
This happens a great deal. A former agency, an employee, or someone who added the business to their own account is left holding ownership. Google offers an ownership request process for exactly this. A request is opened, the current owner is notified, and if no reply comes within a set period management can pass to the requester. Because the process sits with Google we do not commit to a date. This is why it is worth being careful whose account the profile is opened under from the start. We take access while ownership stays with you.
We have several branches. Should there be a single profile?
A separate profile is opened for each branch, and a single profile is not the right answer. Map results work by location and the customer wants to see the one nearest them. With two branches run from one profile, a distant customer is directed to the wrong address. Branch names should be identical, only the locations differ. Each needs its own opening hours, phone number and photographs. Using the same photographs across every branch is a common mistake and leaves customers doubting whether the branches genuinely exist.
Is it worth filling in the products and services list?
It is, and most profiles leave the field empty. The services list widens the range of searches the profile is a candidate for. Every job you do has to be written out individually, because customers search by the name of the service. The products field earns its place in retail and in food and drink, where it appears with prices. The limit here is this. Do not add work you do not do. Saying no to an enquiry wastes time and risks a negative review. The list has to reflect the real scope.
Can we track visitors coming from the profile?
It can be done, and it is valuable for seeing which channel is working. A marker is added to the website link on the profile, so visitors arriving through it are counted separately. What you end up seeing is this. How many people came from the map through to the site, and how many called directly. That measurement brings one condition with it. Because visitor data is collected, the privacy notice and the cookie arrangement have to be set up accordingly. For businesses that would rather not, we leave the layer switched off entirely.
Website projects start from $250, and the monthly digital plans are listed separately. Full scope and pricing is written openly on the plans page.
